Return Eligibility
We support a 60-day return policy for all eligible products from the date customers receive the order. Products eligible for return must be in original condition, unopened, unused, and with intact packaging. Damaged products caused by personal improper storage or manual damage are not eligible for free return.
Return Process
Customers who need to apply for a return shall submit a return request through the official contact channel on our contact page. Our customer service team will review the application and provide formal return guidance and return address information.
Refund Processing
After we receive and verify the returned products, the refund will be initiated within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used for the order. All return-related fees caused by product quality problems or our service reasons shall be borne by our store.
Non-Refundable Situations
Used, opened, improperly stored products, or products damaged due to customer personal reasons do not support return and refund. Special promotional products that are clearly marked as non-returnable are not included in the return scope.
